3. Fees & Payments

3.1. Membership fees, event fees, or other service charges must be paid in full prior to activation of membership or participation in events.
3.2. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
3.3. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
3.4. We reserve the right to adjust membership or event pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to current members.

 

4. Events & Experiences

4.1. Certain events and experiences are exclusively available to members.
4.2. Event details (including venue, time, speakers, or format) may be subject to change. Notice will be provided where possible.
4.3. RSVPs or ticket reservations may be required for participation, and attendance may be limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
4.4. The Club reserves the right to decline entry or remove individuals from an event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or damaging to the Club’s values.
4.5. Members are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses when attending events unless otherwise specified.
